Janet Napolitano is in charge of DHS. Hillary Clinton is running the State Department. I wonder if women being in charge helped children become a priority? Sexist, sure. But still, I wonder.

As heartbreaking as it is to see the destruction in Haiti, the good news is that the orphanage and Widkelly are safe.
