When I text, I let my phone predict what I’m typing and at the end, I go back and proofread/edit. Today, I intended to text “Have fun!” to my sister. But my phone’s first go at it was “Hate fun?” What a glass half-empty view of the world my little Razr has.

He's sad because his name is missing the "o" in Razor.

ReplyDeleteI have a real aversion to misspelled or phonetically spelled words in products or advertising. Makes me want to get a Blackberry.
ReplyDeleteWell then surely you don't want a BlackBerry. Because if you don't spell it with two capital B's, it's a fruit, not a phone. (Their lawyers are very insistent upon that.) I spend much of my billable hours uncorrecting that particular Microsoft Word correction.
ReplyDeleteOh crap. I need a new phone. What can I get that won't offend my English major sensibilities?
